ARCSEA distributes hot soup to children and their families affected by Typhoon Carina and habagat rains.

As part of its mission to provide immediate relief to children and their families affected by disasters and calamities, the Association for the Rights of Children in Southeast Asia, together with other volunteers from Task Force Children of the Storm prepared and distributed hot soup for families in Project 4, Quezon City.

The evacuation of many families in the area was due to the flooding and other damage brought by Typhoon Carina and habagat (monsoon) rains which ravaged the country from July 24-25.
